Give us an Uggie! How canine star of The Artist has found homes for rescued terriers | News

The canine star of Oscar-nominated film The Artist has spurred an unprecedented surge in demand for rescued Jack Russells.

Battersea Dogs and Cats home said today it been inundated with requests for the breed since the success of the French silent film - which stars a
10-year-old terrier called Uggie as actor Jean Dujardin's sidekick.
